poor quality product

"i bought a lite DLT2pa toaster. The first one melted an element and was dangerous. It was replaced by Dualit under warranty. Ive just had the second one do the same after 9 months use. They won't replace it. pretty poor on two counts. They have a dangerous product on the market which they continue to sell. They wont take responsibility for it. dangerous heating element

"I bought my first Lite 26205 DLT2Pa 2 years ago. The element started to fray and trip in Dec 24. Dualit sent me a new one. The same happened a few weeks ago. The quality of the elements is poor and dangerous. Parts cannot be replaced like on the original machines. This makes this model expensive, unreliable and unrepairable.
