Reviews

Timer malfunction

"While this product is advertised as totally repairable you must first be able to find the parts and they don't cost half the original purchase price. Here in Canada if you want to buy the replacement timer for my 5 year old new gen 4 slices, it will cost 180$ cdn with 6 to 10 weeks delivery. Very disappointing This review was originally collected on www.dualit.***"

Beautiful toaster and kettle

"Ordered it direct on telephone with dualit, a very helpful lady took my order. It arrived sooner than expected. I have the brass set, matches perfectly with my brass kitchen handles, perfect. The second gen toaster takes a bit of getting used to but you soon get used to it. I love them both This review was originally collected on www.dualit.***"

"Contacted them about initial slow delivery, excellent service and quickly arrived. Took a few days to become familiar with it as works differently to other toasters I've owned, but seems a high quality product. In particular I like the capability to use only as many slots as I need and the mechanism for raising the toast. This review was originally collected on www.dualit.***"
